“What qualifications do I need before I enroll?”
A. No previous qualifications are required unless it is a refresher or confidence booster course.
“How long do I have to complete my chosen course?”
A. There is no time limit, you can take as much time as you need to suit your work-life balance.
“How many case studies will I have to complete?”
A. 3 x case studies are required for each course to be assessed by one of our trainers.
“Where do I send my case studies?”
A. Please email your case studies to: customerservice@ahfrancis.com
“When will I receive my accredited diploma?”
A. Once our trainers have assessed the case studies you will be contacted. If successful you will be emailed your downloadable/printable diploma.
If for any reason there are issues & possibly other case studies needed to meet our high-standard pass rates, we will contact you via email & request a call to support & guide you through this!
