Our AHFrancis Limited Terms & Conditions consist of the following, please note we have the right to alter these Terms & Conditions at any time.

- Course Fees
Course fees are correct at the time of publication and exclude the cost of course products required for your online training, we reserve the right to vary the price of all courses & products.
- Payment
Payments must be made in full at the time of the booking. Payments are accepted via debit or credit cards over the telephone or BACs payment.
- Certificates & Accreditation
All of our AHFrancis Limited courses are subject to availability. Accredited diplomas will be scanned and sent via email for you to download. Diplomas MUST be kept safe as there is a cost of £35 + VAT + P&P for replacement. Any dispute or claim in relation to a course booked with AHFranics Limited, will be governed in accordance with English law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Where a course is booked in the Republic of Ireland, Irish law will prevail and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. None of these Terms and Conditions shall be enforceable under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 by a third party other than any substitute delegate of yours.

- Data Protection
We are dedicated to the privacy of our customers, we will use your personal data for all correspondence to do with your course booking & online purchases. You can unsubscribe at any time from receiving communications from us.
- Content & Course Material
We aim to cover all of the modules outlined within our online courses. We can make course changes & amendments at anytime to ensure best practice. All of our course material provided such as images, videos, & course content are the intellectual property of AHFrancis Limited.
Our courses will require practice outside of the classroom, developing practical skills needed to complete our online course. If you cannot demonstrate the required level of competency you will not receive your accredited diploma & refunds will not be given. You have within 6 x weeks from your course purchase date to take & re-do your course.
- Website
Every care is taken to protect your data from fraudulent activity & Is stored as securely as possible. We cannot be held liable in the event of a security breach.
We cannot accept liability for any errors contained within our website. We hold the right to make changes to our website at anytime without notifying our customers. This includes; pricing, products, images & videos.
Every care has been taken to make sure clear & accurate product images for sale on our website are up-to-date. We cannot take responsibility for some packaging which may be in the process of re-branding & colours may vary. We have taken care to provide accurate product images for each of the products for sale on our website. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price.
We have security measures in place however we cannot guarantee that our website will be interruption or virus free.
Refunds & Cancellation
Please Note: Once your course is booked with AHFrancis Limited you cannot cancel outside the 14 x day cooling off period.
