Firstly, we would like to introduce our new owner who many of you will already be familiar with. Karen Gunning, who has been in the lash business for many years working alongside Alison Francis, responsible for R&D, technical queries and training is where you would know Karen from.

Her knowledge & passion in the lash industry are a real asset to AHFrancis. Her goal for the business going forward is to bring back lash products that she loves & believes in. Our fulfillment house is within our offices, making last-minute orders available to busy lash technicians. As Karen herself knows how easy it is to forget to place an order & then go into panic!

Lockdown for us has been so productive. We have launched our new online shop. Making your AHFrancis shopping experience so much easier. We now have a user-friendly product search bar, fabulous new images, new blogs & the latest trending products.

Our Customer Service team also has new members Beccy, Millie & Lucy, who are hugely knowledgeable about all of our lash products. If they are unsure as to what advice to give they will pass this onto Karen who will get back to you very soon.

We now offer not only our newsletters to keep in contact but text messaging with our latest news, offers & updates, this is going really well. Customers are loving it as not all of them can access their emails throughout the day.

Instagram & Facebook followers have increased hugely over lockdown. We have had so many engagements & great feedback, this encourages us to keep posting & increase brand awareness.
